ABOUT YOU

A commercially astute individual who is looking to join a company for career growth

Minimum of 5 years experience of working on commercial tenders

Confident and experienced working on project values from 2 million - 7 million
-
Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar

Team player and also an individual who can work off of their own initiative

Experienced with both JCT and NEC forms of contracts

Hold a valid UK driving licence
YOUR NEW ROLE
-
Providing estimated costs of proposed projects
-
Preparing detailed plans of forward work commitments, and labour needs
-
Dealing with contractors, suppliers and departmental staff
-
Monitor the day-to-day finance of the estimated contracts - including final accounts

Ordering of materials, equipment and plant
-
Projects will be commercial refurbishments - MUST HAVE
