Pastry Chef £30,000pa St Austell Great opportunity A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Pastry chef to join a team of inspiring chefs, in a successful well–known, fantastically located hotel. Our client is looking for a Pastry Chef who is passionate, creative, innovative and has an eye for detail. The successful Pastry Chef will have had exposure working to a high level for at least 1 year, this is an opportunity to make your mark with their innovative menu using seasonal and local produce. The right candidates will need to be passionate about food and a problem solver. You will need to be motivated with a drive to excel in this role. You will be set with ensuring the highest levels of food safety and food hygiene are adhered to, whilst keeping up to date records and documenting working practices.
