Resourcing Specialist (Permanent)

Our client, a global industry-leading law firm, is currently seeking a Resourcing Specialist to join their HR team on a permanent basis. This role is responsible for fulfilling recruitment needs for specific legal practice groups and business services roles. Managing end-to-end recruitment for legal practices and business services teams. Building talent pools through direct sourcing, marketing, and agency partnerships. Contributing to recruitment agency performance reviews. Monitoring recruitment spend and producing regular resourcing reports for HR and Recruiting Managers. Providing recruitment advice, market intelligence, and guidance to Partners, Hiring Managers, and HR teams. In-house experience managing recruitment campaigns in a complex, busy environment, ideally within a legal environment. Demonstrated experience in direct sourcing, talent pipeline development, and cost reduction. Experience with resourcing projects, particularly process improvement and innovation. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
