Salary £25,000-£30,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Uncapped Commission + additional Rewards & BenefitsTerm: Permanent Position, Full-Time, On-Site workingWorking Hours: (Monday-Friday) 8.30-5.30 - Fridays 5pmOffice location, London BridgeAre you looking for a new challenge and working environment that offers continued company progression and development that’s fun and supportive along with a first-class training program and to watch your career thrive in the process.Excellent career opportunities for Recruitment Consultants to join Venn Group's Local Government and Not-For-Profit divisions based at our central office.Your role will involve working as part of an established team, specialising in the recruitment of Local Government or Not-For-Profit organisations.What we require:Individuals wanting to build a career in recruitment OR individuals wanting to progress with their recruitment careerTeam members who are motivated by success, money, personal development and career progressionYou must have excellent literacy skills with good attention to detailYou need to be very organised and efficient, with the ability to perform tasks autonomouslyA good team player as you will be part of a busy established team of consultantsYou will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skillsYou will need to demonstrate that you have the confidence to work in a fast paced and varied environment with changing prioritiesYou will need to be a dedicated and hardworking individualWorking duties:As a consultant you will be dedicated to providing the right talent solution for your clients, you will work as a trusted advisor, guiding both your candidates and clients through the end to end hiring experience resulting in finding the right person for the right job.Meeting clients and candidates to build and develop relationshipsDeveloping a good understanding of companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environmentAdvertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of mediaUsing candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancyReceiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client recruitingRequesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their detailsBriefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in questionPreparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicantsOrganising, informing and preparing candidates for interviewsNegotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidatesOffering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progressionWorking towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generatedOur Package:The basic salary will depend on your previous experience. It remains an incredibly competitive package in today’s marketplace with a basic salary of between £25,000 - £30,000 depending on your employment background.Once you are eligible to earn commission (after 3 months), the financial rewards are within your control.
