This is a 12 month FTC to cover maternity You will be tasked with developing the business’ talent pipeline to ensure the asset of people have the right knowledge, skill base cultural add to grow their career. As this role is within a regulated environment a proven track record of working within Financial Services is essential. Working with the SLT on L&D strategy Assisting in the building of an inclusive culture Building a suite of MI to showcase ROI and training needs analysis This role will suit an individual who has a proven track record within Learning and Development from a Financial Services background, however this role is a whole lot more. You as the successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a real appetite for rapport building.
