Case Quality Standards Officer Thurrock £21 per hour (umbrella) Full Time Contract (3 Months) Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Case Quality Standards Officer in Grays. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours. The job: To identify and investigate serious organised crime cases throughout the UK committed against the UK government, working in conjunction with other agencies where necessary To identify any weaknesses in systems and controls, to develop and implement processes and procedures to reduce the risk for fraud to be committed. To manage a comprehensive Intelligence, Investigation, and Prosecution operational case management system To assist with the ongoing development and delivery of training and provide SME support to investigation teams and senior management.The candidate: Experience working in a similar role is essential CMS qualification is desirable Experience of collating, assessing, and accurately recording material and evidence for use in the prosecution of criminal offences.
