As such, hours are non-specific but your manager will endeavour to balance the needs of the service against your own work/life balance as appropriately as possible.We normally plan the rotas one month in advance, but additional opportunities also come up due to unexpected staff absences.So, what would you be doing?You will be joining a team that support Charlotte* to live in her own home. She leads a very full life with plenty of hobbies and interests. When at home she enjoys arts and crafts: cross stitch is a particular favourite. She loves to get out and about and trips to discover Oswestry and the surrounding area are definitely on her agenda. She also likes going for walks and loves animals and wildlife. Hopefully you are already thinking of places to go and things to see to support her to feel comfortable in her new surroundings.Charlotte is very close to her family. She and her mum have collaborated to write a series of books. They have their own unique genre but I'll let her tell you all about them.She has recently signed up to be part of Macintyre's new dance initiative, so there's a lot going on in her life.
