Assistant Contracts Manager

ITS Hereford have exclusivity of supply with a successful construction business, looking for a motivated suitably experienced construction person to be integrated into an Assistant Contracts Manager position. With a credible experience in construction you could be a Site Manager, perhaps with some limited involvement in project management or co-ordination of tasks, this may be the role for you. Tasks include managing contracts between clients, suppliers and subcontractors to include: * Drafting, reviewing contract terms * Negotiating terms Education You could possess a degree in a related field such as construction management or business or engineering to be considered. Perhaps you have certificates in CIOB, RICS, APM, IRM or ICE. You will have a presence, able to read a room with people, have a good way with peopleto understand what motivates others whilst also a good listener, then this may be a good opportunity to step off the tools.
