Operations Technician

Contract Type: Agency temp Salary / Benefits earnings circa £27800 Job Elements * Working 10.5hr shifts (6am-5pm with break) on a fixed rota including every other weekend * Testing of samples following Standard Operating Procedures and cGMP while adhering to EHS requirements. * All testing events to be documented within the electronic batch record * Preparation of testing reagents - use of weighing balances/pipettes * General housekeeping of the area - removal of waste The ideal candidate will have: * Good GCSE grades in Mathematics and Science based subjects * Preferable but not essential - Laboratory/testing based experience * Ability to perform basic problem solving * Good computer skills - including excel * Good communication skills Petrie Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers
