Construction Contracts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the management and execution of roofing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Job Description: As a Contracts Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing multiple roofing projects from contract award through to completion. You will manage sub-contractors, ensure compliance with project specifications, and maintain strong relationships with clients to guarantee the successful delivery of roofing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage all stages of roofing projects, from contract negotiation to project completion. Oversee the tendering process and negotiate contracts with sub-contractors and suppliers. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Coordinate with site managers, sub-contractors, and project teams to ensure efficient project delivery. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any on-site issues. Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations, building standards, and company policies. Resolve any contractual disputes or issues that arise during project execution. Liaise with clients to maintain strong relationships, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes. Prepare and manage project reports, including cost analysis, timelines, and risk assessments. Lead project meetings with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. Requirements: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, ideally within the roofing or construction industry. Strong knowledge of roofing systems, construction contracts, and project management. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Knowledge of health and safety regulations, building standards, and best practices in the roofing sector. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
