Albany Beck are hiring for passionate individuals to join our Pioneer Programme, to learn the skills to become Global Research Analysts or Supervisory Analysts. This will give you the opportunity to channel your enthusiasm and be part of an Agile team who are always working with exciting projects. At the end of a training period, you will be placed into your first full-time position with our Global Banking client, having worked towards a CII Diploma.

What to expect on the Albany Beck Pioneer Programme

• A fully funded CII Diploma Level 3 in Financial Services
• Deployment to a mainstream Global Banking client upon completion, allowing you to work with cutting edge technologies.
• An Engagement Manager will be assigned to you before your first day who will support you throughout your placement whilst keeping your progression on track, answering any questions about the project and providing upskilling support as required.
• A great social environment where you are surrounded by likeminded consultants, you can expect various social events arranged by your Engagement Manager with not just your team but other Pioneers too.

What You Need

• Interest in working in Global Research or Compliance
• 18+, minimum qualification of A-Levels or equivalent
