Recruitment Resourcer

Are you an experienced Recruitment Resourcer that is looking for a new home? OR maybe you have great organisational and planning skills in your current role and want to move into recruitment? We are looking for a resourcer, to work in our Industrial temp division. Your daily routine, will be dealing with candidates, interviewing, checking right to work documents, inputting their details onto a system. You will be planning shift rotas, filling the shifts with the best staff available and also speaking with clients regarding their requirements. If you are an outgoing person who is happy to speak on the phone to clients and candidates, strong enough character to plan shifts and organise staff on a daily basis, then send your cv or call the office to discuss further. There will be an on call rota with the out of hours phone, on a weekly basis. Monday to Friday role. Good IT, Excel and database management skills are needed along with good telephone skills and planning
