Java Development Skills: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient backend servicesusing Java, Spring, Hibernate and related technologies.Architect and implement enterprise-grade APIs and backend services that supportour SaaS platform.Define database structure and compose SQL queries.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security.Utilize GitHub for version controlImplement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)pipelines to streamline development processes.React or relevant full stack experience is a strong plus.AWS and container experience is a plus.Team Skills: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers and sustainability expert team to deliver high-quality solutions.Quick learner and ability to understand complex business cases with minimumhandholding.Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups,and retrospectives.Communication and Client Interaction: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex technical concepts to team members and stakeholders. Participate in client calls together with our business experts to understand to provide technical expertise and help deliver customized solutions that meet client requests. Qualifications: At least 10+ years of experience as a Java Backend Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Expertise in Web development, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative solutions. Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with a proactive and positive approach to challenges. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
