Senior Quantitative Model Recruiter – London (4 days on-site)


Salary: £30K - £40K + Comms

Position Overview


Due to rapid growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Quantitative Model Recruiter to join their team. The role involves sourcing and placing high-caliber quantitative modelers into hedge funds, asset management firms, and investment banks. You will focus on building long-term relationships with clients and senior candidates, as well as winning new business within the financial services sector.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Source and place senior quant modelers with expertise in derivatives pricing, risk management, and algorithmic trading.
  • Develop strong relationships with financial institutions across London and internationally.
  • Provide expert advice on hiring strategies and talent availability in the quant space.
  • Lead business development efforts to expand your client base in quant finance.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure continued growth and success.


Requirements:


  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in quant finance or related sectors.
  • Strong track record of placing senior candidates in investment banking, hedge funds, or asset management.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills with proven success in business development.
  • Deep knowledge of quantitative finance, financial modeling, and related technologies (Python, C++, MATLAB).
  • Self-driven and motivated with a focus on delivering high-impact results.
