Fit Out Manager

A leading developer in East London is looking for a fit out manager to join their team on a major development, managing the finishing stages of a current block before moving on to the commercial fit out. This is an opportunity to work for one of the most sought after developers in the UK and working on flagship developments a fit out manager. They are known for promoting from within, having strong site teams and building thousands of units per year. The project is a large RC frame, 2000 unit residential scheme. You will be managing the fit out of a cinema, residents area, concierge, restaurant/ bar and estate management. They have brand new developments kicking off all over North/ East & South London and producing high quality, luxury neighbourhoods. As a fit out manager some of your duties will include: * In charge of all the commercial fit out * Managing a team including 2 x assistant site manager * Reporting into the project manager * Strong communicator, building good team rapport * Ensuring H&S and the programme is being followed * Driving the project on when needed * Using fieldview This is a fantastic opportunity for a fit out manager to manage the full fit out of the commercial amenities on a major development.
