Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 Job Type: Full-time Contract length: Permanent We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their team. Responsibilities The ideal Year 3 Teacher for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school. This school requires a Year 3 Teacher who is comfortable with technology, online management systems, and has strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills. This school needs a Year 3 Teacher who is excited to motivate and engage students, and who thrives on the challenge of working in a demanding, yet rewarding environment. The Year 3 Teacher chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students. Qualifications/Experience You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this role. Additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent to be considered for this job. To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
