Service Team Manager  - Epsom - £38,000 basic - Prestige Main Dealership Job Title – Service Team Manager  Salary – £38,000 with OTE £44,000Location - Epsom My client, a well-established prestige main dealership is actively seeing to employ an experienced and qualified Service Team Manager  based in the Epsom area to work on a full time & permanent basis.8am – 6pm Monday to Friday (with one hour unpaid lunch) Company eventsCompany pensionCycle to work schemeEmployee discountService Team Manager job role in Epsom:To ensure that collection and delivery drivers operate to schedule and meet customer and workshop expectations.To ensure all customer and vehicle data is correctly captured and loaded to the Kerridge DMS and updated as required.To ensure that repair orders are raised and processed according to the established guidelines and that work is completed to schedule and required standard.To ensure that invoicing is accurate and completed on time.To take responsibility for sub contracted repairs and ensure the work has been completed. Requirements for Service Team Manager job in Epsom:High levels of attention to detail and highly organisedBackground in a similar role within the automotive industryKnowledge of using Kerridge automotive computer system is essentialExperience of anticipating and understanding customer needs and demandsMust hold a full driving License.Service Team Manager  - Epsom - £38,000 basic - Prestige Main Dealership
