This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment. You will be involved in ensuring the day-to-day office systems run smoothly and support the operations and administrative needs of the company Executives. This newly created role is ideal for someone eager to enhance their administrative skills as an Executive Team & Office Assistant, whilst build knowledge of business best practices and operational support, technology, tools and platforms.KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide an excellent experience to employees, clients and visitors as a company representative and first point of contact.Oversee the day-to-day running of our central office including the management and ordering of office supplies and equipment, managing within budget.Maintain the central office ensuring spaces are kept tidy and adhere to health and safety and fire regulations and ensure the smooth running of meeting room AV equipment.Manage facilities maintenance requests for the central office and escalate issues accordingly.Provide administrative support to the Executive team with scheduling, room bookings, travel bookings, research, expenses and reoccurring data entry tasks.Complete data entry projects inputting and updating information on excel.Contribute to the logistics and execution of ad hoc office projects.Participate in the social committee to organise company events and activitiesWork with the Business Operations & Executive Assistant to further develop the working relationship with our IT provider and related projects, being proactive to ensure that IT systems operate successfully across the two office locations. Organising troubleshooting when required to ensure that all office and IT equipment runs seamlessly.Assist with onboarding new hires, including accreditation and working with IT to prepare workstations and IT equipment when required.Support the business operations processes ensuring company guides and documentation are kept up to date and any changes in office processes are communicated to the business.Deputise for the Business Operations & Executive Assistant when required.Please note that these points are only an outline of your main role and responsibilities, and that there will be additional day to day duties expected of you to ensure the smooth and effective running of your department and the show.
