Framework Manager

We are currently working on behalf of a national business within the water treatment sector who have been leaders in the industries since their inception over 100 years ago. With customer service and technical knowledge being at the core of everything they do, they truly stand above the competition when it comes to uninterrupted high-level service.

They are now currently looking for an experienced Framework Manager to join their team and assist with the tendering, management, and delivery of secured works and growth of their North West frameworks. The role will be based out of their Blackburn based site with regular travel through the region managing a wide variety of projects. The role will suit an commercially and project aware business manager who is driven by business growth and delivery.

The role of a Framework Manager:

• Lead a multi-disciplined team of professional staff, skilled trades, and semi-skilled operatives.
• Work collaboratively in the senior management team.
• Develop and implement plans to deliver performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Work with Commercial & Project Management teams to ensure sustainable returns from clients.
• Accurately report the commercial position of projects on a monthly cycle.
• Be the key face for the business with clients throughout the project delivery.
• Deliver a first-class service to clients and implement actions through the team to excel in KPI s or other client metrics.

Qualifications & experience required to be successful in this Framework Manager role:

• Extensive Framework / project management experience.
• Have a technical understanding of the water industry.
• Hold relevant qualifications in Project / business Management (APM, Prince 2 etc).
• A good understanding of CDM regulations & Duties / relevant legislations surrounding the water industry.

• A basic salary of up to £75,000
• Company bonus scheme.
• Company Car / Car Allowance
• 8.30am to 17.00pm working Monday Friday (Hybrid option available)
• Pension contributions matched by the business.
• 25 days holiday (plus English bank holidays).
