Ideally, the successful candidate will be an outstanding, creative and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who has the flexibility to work with young people who have a variety of special educational needs. The role involves supporting students in the classroom giving attention to their physical as well as educational requirements. Requirements To be considered for the position of Teaching Assistant, you will: Experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour. An ability to work as part of a team. Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. ·       Have good communication skills.
