We're looking for someone to join our clients busy and growing team in a dynamic, forward-thinking company. About Us Our client is a successful service provider with over 25 years of experience delivering top-quality air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, heating, and minor building works to businesses and residents. The Role As a scheduler, you will be at the heart of their operations. You'll interact daily with clients and our team of field engineers, ensuring our work runs smoothly and our customers remain delighted with our service. Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for all customers via phone or email. Schedule and manage jobs for field engineers efficiently. Ensure Health & Safety documentation is completed Respond promptly to customer requirements and help resolve any issues. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts. Maintain a positive image of the company through excellent customer communication.What We're Looking For: Experience with CRM systems. A self-starter who learns quickly and adapts to change. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
