- Booking transport and accommodation for staff.
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office.
- Dealing with company enquiries.
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
- Implementing and maintaining office administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
Profile
A successful Office Administrator should have:
