Full time Position only - Warehouse operative (Day or Night shift) - Bristol - Earn up to £16.25 - Apply Now! At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for packer/picker to work with an important company in the Bristol area. Shift Patterns: 4x4 (4 day work - 4 day rest) 12 hours shifts (11.5 paid).Pay Rates Days 6AM start - £12/hour, OT paid after 48 hours with £15/hour. Nights 6PM start - £13/hour, OT paid after 48 hours with £16.25/hour. As a Packer Picker you will need to have: Basic spoken and written English required. Good numeracy skills. Good work ethic. Previous packing/picking and food production experience is desirable but not required as full training is provided. Must be over 18 years old. Own or public transport to get to the site located in Unit 4, Distribution Pk, Hawkley Dr, Bradley Stoke, Bristol, BS32 0BF.Role of a Warehouse operative : Assisting in the packing of all food products produced by our customer. Operating machinery and equipment as required for the above activity (full training provided). Carrying out a variety of cleaning duties as directed. Assisting with the achievement of production targets. Demonstrating the competent application of good manufacturing practices required to consistently operate to high standards of food quality and food safety. Complying with Company hygiene policies and procedures when undertaking operations while maintaining high standards of personal hygiene.
