This is a rare opportunity where the successful lawyer will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters impacting the client directly and will have the opportunity to liaise with stakeholders. Hybrid working is on offer Responsibilities-You will oversee transactional processes, compliance with legal and regulatory matters as well as maintaining documentation for financial transactionsYou will liaise with Counsel, Credit Risk Management as well as other internal and external stakeholdersYou will deal with legal documents such as loan agreements and security documents.
