This role will suit an established Site Manager who is wanting a new challenge with a company that value their customers and employees.

This role will be supporting the Project Managers with progress reports, managing labour and helping to ensure all agreed deadlines are met.
MUST have experience with fit out package delivery and experience as a Site Manager within either Mechanical, Electrical or Civil projects to a high standard.

The role of a Site Manager:

• Supporting with the delivery of Fit Out packages to a high standard
• Supporting the Project Managers with site meetings, progress reports and client review meetings
• To understand the client requirements
• Assist with scheduling of works and labour allocation
• Liaise with internal and external teams including sub contract labour
• When not site based, support with pricing of tenders, quotes and upselling the business services
• Ordering materials where required
• Review sub-contractor RAMS and ensure the right access to site documentation is in place
• Deliver toolbox talks and maintain focus by keeping the team engaged
• Build relationships with clients and other stakeholders within the business
