The Senior Architectural Technologist Role As the Senior Technologist, you will be responsible for leading RIBA Stages 4 and 5 and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects. You will be managing a team of six architects, overseeing technical delivery, and providing mentorship to junior staff. Your role will also include: Leading project teams, writing specifications, and managing budgets Driving quality standards and ensuring compliance Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Developing and testing new products and processesThe Senior Architectural Technologist You are a Senior Architectural Technologist with a robust technical background and experience in commercial refurbishment projects. You thrive in team environments, possess strong leadership skills, and are eager to inspire and develop others. You will ideally have: Proven experience in commercial refurbishment Strong technical expertise and the ability to communicate technical details clearly A passion for mentoring and team development Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus but not essential Team management experience Strong communication skills and a keen interest in quality managementIn Return?
