You will take complete ownership of the HR function within Reperio, focusing primarily on generalist responsibilities. You will be involved in shaping the future of our workforce, establishing robust systems and processes which can be implemented across our business group. Your HR responsibilities will focus primarily on our Belfast office, but also involve employee relations tasks for our US offices. Your role will involve assisting in the development, delivery & implementation of HR strategy across the Belfast & US offices. You shall manage our HRIS and maximise all functionalities, creating robust, systematic approaches around review cycles, L&D programmes & ER issues. Your role will also require you to be involved in any adhoc HR projects that may arise. This is a critical role for Reperio, which offers excellent long term career progression. What do I need? You will be CIPD certified You should have a minimum of 7 years in a HR role where you have undertaken generalist responsibilities. You should have the ability & availability to travel to our US offices 1-2 times per year. You should be charismatic, an excellent communicator and pro-active. Self-starter, able to work autonomously delivering high volume results You should be goal orientated & target driven IT proficiency & an ability to multitask & prioritise tasks.
