Pre-Construction Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Pre-Construction Manager to join a tier 1 main contractor based in Southampton. The business operates out of several regional offices, and is currently expanding their southern team. The business unit specialises in mior-works and maintenance projects typically valuing up to 10mil.
About the role of Pre-Construction Manager:
As Pre-Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the pre-construction process from tender issue to operational handover. You will be working collaboratively with the pre-construction team which will include Surveyors, Design Managers, Planners and Project Managers to ensure a smooth and timely pre-construction process.
Key Responsibilities of this Pre-Construction Manager role:
- Lead the pre-construction team from tender to operational handover
- Ensure the team works collaboratively to ensure a successful pre-construction process
- Attend site visits when required to maintain relationships with external professionals
Requirements for this Pre-Construction Manager role:
- Possess a HNC / Construction related degree
- Experience within a pre-construction manager role within a main contractor
- Be experienced in managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Happy to commute to sites across the South of England as required
