Higher Level Teaching Assistant - SEND setting * Full time 40 hours per week over 52 weeks * Derbyshire * Permanent Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable and often challenging young people to succeed in their education? Do you enjoy working one-on-one and making a real impact on young lives? Our client, an Ofsted-rated outstanding school, specialises in the education of looked-after children (LAC) aged 11–17. They are seeking a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to assist with delivering a broad curriculum, including subjects like Science, Humanities, and Languages, along with literacy and numeracy when needed. The students, who live in residential care homes, face a variety of complex challenges due to social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties (SEMH).
