Location: Bank, City of London (Hybrid) - Ideally, three days on-site and two days off-site. In this role, you will help us develop, improve and audit AI-generated, Hybrid RICS valuation reports. Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, particularly in relation to RICS Red Book guidelines. Experience in creating and checking both on-site and desktop-based property valuation reports. Knowledge of the UK Residential market, especially in English cities such as London, Manchester, Birmingham, etc. Knowledge of the UK mortgage lending market would be a strong advantage. Experience in commercial valuations. Previous start-up experience or interest in working in a FinTech/PropTech start-up. Monitor AI-generated Valuation outputs in the context of market conditions and other data sources. Report on real estate market trends, regulations, and industry standards.
