Job Title: Quantity SurveyorLocation: North LondonPackage: Up to £60,000 per annum plus car allowance and bonusSkilled Careers are working with a Tier One Main Contractor who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to lead a recladding job valued at £14m based in North London.This is a role that will lead directly into a Senior QS position for yourself and is a role that will allow you to work in a variety of different sectors including Commercial, Healthcare and Data Centres.ResponsibilitiesQuantity Surveyor will be the Commercial lead on a Recladding job where you will have an Assistant QS work underneath yourself.The measurement and valuation of works (on site and from drawings), for valuations, variations and final accounts.Agreement of valuation dates and preparing, submitting interim valuations in accordance with those dates.Administering and/or advising on Main Contract and Subcontract conditionsSubcontract and Design ProcurementSubcontract payments, variations and final accountsRequirementsCladding experience is not essential.JCT Contract experience essential.Façade experience desirable.Experience working for a UK Main Contractor.What is in it for you?Up to £60,000 per annum.Car allowance.Travel.Bonus.Clear progression path to Senior QS.This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who has the drive to step up to Senior QS.
