Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced headhunting techniques, including cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry databases, to identify and engage top candidates.

• Client Partnership: Work closely with clients to understand their talent needs, business goals, and company culture, enabling precise candidate matches.

• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and build a database of key players in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors.

• Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to ensure that shortlisted candidates possess the technical, cultural, and leadership qualities required.

• Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.

• Negotiation & Closure: Guide both candidates and clients through the offer process, including salary negotiations, contracts, and onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Proven track record in sales / commercial-related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
