Product Specialist (UK & Nordics)

Our client offers an exciting role, representing a broad portfolio of capital equipment and consumables in a geography with a huge potential for growth. You can have a real impact on your designated markets and on the full EMEA results of the business unit and as such gain opportunities to grow within it or in a later stage having the opportunity to grow to other functions within the larger organisation. Key responsibilities: You will visit hospitals and distributors and you will promote our products. You deliver any kind of service in terms of training, product knowledge, promotional material, tender support and launch of new products, support in local events/congresses. Maintain good customer/sales communication and relation, address questions and issues in a professional and timely manner. Training & certification of service dealers, distributors, and end users. Deliver user and technical support to service dealers, distributors, and end users both in the office and at customer site. Perform bench & field servicing which includes software upgrade activities. Planning & reporting on service activities (review and release of servicing reports). You will support the Key Account Manager in all kinds of sales and marketing activities. Looking for new equipment, applications, technologies, and suppliers. Assist in new developments of equipment and software. To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria: Education: Biomedical Engineer or clinical experience. 2 to 3 years working experience in a customer-facing role, in sales, marketing, training. Well-developed computer skills, communication skills, presentation and training skills. You love to travel (up to 50%).
