Operations Administrator – Battersea London (hybrid) – up to £40,000 DOEExpanding client is offering a great opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join a small but fast paced department. The role requires an organised, enthusiastic self-starter who thrives when working independently.This role plays a critical role in supporting the teams effectiveness and efficiency, ensuring the smooth operation of processes and procedures within the company. You will take the lead for all administrative tasking within the organisation and will act as support and liaison for the senior management team and their highly valued employees and consultants.Main duties include:FinanceProcessing sales and purchase invoices using Xero softwareProcessing employee and contractor expensesChasing overdue and outstanding paymentsBank reconciliationsOperationsSupporting Head of Operations in administering policy and proceduresEnsure all administrative activities comply with company policies and proceduresScheduling management meetings, preparing agendas, minute taking and publicationPrepare, manage, and store company documentation and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Monitoring compliance documentation is maintained in line with industry standards and regulationsHuman ResourcesOrganise and maintain employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and any changes (such as promotions or terminations) using Breathe HRAdministering staff onboarding and offboarding processesAssisting Head of Operations with recruitment administration, including. liaising with agencies, arranging interviews and administering employment contractsCompiling data and generating reports for senior leadership team on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and employee demographicsCoordination of employee training and travel arrangements for employeesSales / CommercialAssisting with preparation of materials for client meetings, workshops, or presentationsMaintaining and updating company CRM with new opportunities and weekly pipeline reportingManaging and administering company Linked-In content postingArranging industry exhibitions and co-ordinating ad hoc corporate events Key Skills: Strong administration skills Previous financial experience Excellent time management and organisational skillsAbility to work to own initiative and organise own workload without direct supervisionThrives in a fast-moving environment, with ability to react and adapt to changeStrong and professional communication (both verbal and written) with confidence to exchange information at all levels clearly and conciselyGrowth and results-drivenPositive attitude and focused on being a great team contributorAbility to problem-solve, multi-task and meet deadlines The role is a full-time opportunity, working 09:00 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday). Hybrid working – minimum working 3 days per week Battersea, London
