You'll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, based on deep insights into customer needs and purchase histories. Key Responsibilities: Nurture and manage your own portfolio of accounts, providing exceptional support and maintaining regular contact through outbound calls. Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, tailoring your approach to each customer's unique requirements. Keep management in the loop with regular reports on call activities, customer feedback, and sales outcomes. Process customer orders and purchases using K8 Sales Order, ensuring smooth delivery and resolving any issues promptly. Be the go-to expert on our products, offering valuable advice to help customers make informed decisions. Collaborate seamlessly with various departments to ensure a streamlined and efficient sales process. Tackle any customer complaints or issues with a proactive, solutions-focused approach, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Keep meticulous records of all customer interactions in our CRM system. Proactively reach out to customers with reminders about reordering, promotions, and seasonal needs.What You'll Bring: Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, particularly in phone-based environments. Strong IT proficiency (experience with K8 and Phocus software is a plus). A resilient, can-do attitude with a passion for overcoming challenges.
