Finance Director £130,000 per annum Based in London EF10006 A dynamic, private equity-backed multi-site healthcare business committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We are a growing organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and integrity. We’re looking for a Finance Director to lead our financial strategy and operations. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to drive strategic decision-making. · Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices. · Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team. · Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies to support business growth. · Lead financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to stakeholders. · Collaborate with operational leaders to align financial objectives with business goals. · Support M&A activities and financial due diligence as needed. · Build and mentor a high-performing finance team. Qualifications: · Proven experience in a finance leadership role, ideally within the healthcare or private equity sector. · Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. · Excellent analytical skills with a strategic mindset. · Proven ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. · Experience with multi-site operations is highly desirable. · Strong leadership and team management skills.
