Location: Banbury, Oxon
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to 42,000 DOE

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Manager to join our clients team in Banbury. This senior role involves overseeing the entire warehouse function, ensuring that all procedures, activities, and day-to-day operations, including health and safety, adhere to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee and improve warehouse procedures and activities.
• Lead and manage a team of 5 direct reports.
• Act as a hands-on manager, setting a strong example for all colleagues.

Requirements:

• Solid previous experience in warehouse management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
