Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Site Administrator to join their team, supporting one of their major construction projects in Central London. As a key part of a busy and dynamic site team, the Site Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth running of daily operations and supporting project administration for a Tier 1 main contractor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including meeting scheduling, preparation of site reports, and coordinating logistics for site activities.
  • Assist with day-to-day site operations, including checking visitors in, processing deliveries, and maintaining the site's safety and operational logs.
  • Act as the central point of contact for the project team, subcontractors, and visitors, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across the project.
  • Ensure all documents comply with company policies, client specifications, and quality management requirements.
  • Manage the ordering and distribution of site supplies, equipment, and PPE, ensuring the office remains stocked and organized.
  • Support the health and safety team by maintaining records and documentation, including ensuring inductions and safety briefings are completed and logged.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support site management and project delivery, adapting to evolving project needs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of document management systems is advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to supporting the project team.
