You will be the MD’s right-hand man and be a big part of their future growth This role: Mechanical Contracts Manager is with a Lincolnshire based Mechanical Contractor who over the last 13 plus years have maintained a reputation for quality and attention to detail. You will be involved in a wide variety of projects managing the Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is at a stage in their career where they want to make a real impact As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be: * Managing projects with a value of up to £2M- all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework * Working in a close-knit team * Working on projects across sectors including: MoD, Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Retail * Fully involved in client meetings, organising sub-contractors * Offered opportunities to progress and grow We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager, Mechanical Site Manager or M&E Manager. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HNC / HND in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering. As a Mechanical Project Manager your salary will be within the £50-60K region and you will also receive a car allowance.
