Inhouse Recruiter

We seek a highly motivated In-House Recruiter to join our client's growing team in Edinburgh. As an In-House Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our client's business expansion.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the transportation industry. Source and screen candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and referrals. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to offer extension. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as an In-House Recruiter or similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
