Description
Verify and reconcile bank statements with general ledger
Resolve any discrepancies in the financial records
Assist in preparing financial reports
Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
Support in budgeting and forecasting activities
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department
Participate in financial audits and implement audit recommendationsProfile
A successful Bank Rec Assistant should have:
A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or related field
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Solid understanding of financial regulations and standards
