Civil Litigation Solicitor 3 years PQE , Croydon, Surrey, £45-65K dep on PQE – office based during probation (3 months), 1 day remote Our client has a rich history of over two centuries in providing exceptional legal services serving Surrey and Greater London. They are looking to boost their litigation department with a civil litigation solicitor with at least 3 years PQE. The role: Joining a team of 3, you will manage your own caseload of litigation matters to include: Probate disputes and Inheritance Act claims Landlord and tenant (commercial and residential) TLATA claims Contractual disputes Requirements: Qualified Solicitors with at least 3 years PQE in dealing with civil litigation matters Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and accuracy. Consistently meet billing targets while delivering top-tier service to clients. The ability to work autonomously and efficiently. A collaborative team player, fostering positive relationships and prioritising client care. Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
