We are currently supporting a dynamic and fast-growing property investment company that thrives on delivering top-tier investment opportunities. With a fully lead-driven sales team, their business relies on a strong and consistent flow of high-quality leads to fuel growth.


The Role:

As the Head of Marketing, you will take the lead in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads for the sales team. This is a key leadership position, where your ability to attract and convert leads will directly influence the success of the business. You will manage and optimise a variety of digital and traditional marketing channels to maximise lead flow and sales conversions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Maintain, optimise, and continually improve the company website to enhance user experience, SEO performance, and lead generation.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content (articles, blogs, videos) to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and generate leads.
  • Pay Per Click (PPC) Campaigns: Create and manage PPC campaigns across Google and social media platforms to maximise ROI and drive lead volume.
  • Email Campaigns: Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and drive conversions.
  • Property Portal Management: Oversee the management and optimisation of listings on property investment portals to generate interest and enquiries.
  • CRM Management (HubSpot): Keep the HubSpot CRM system updated with accurate data and automate marketing workflows to ensure timely lead follow-up and nurturing.


Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in a start-up environment or B2C marketing position.
  • Creative thinker who can innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, with a track record of driving leads through PPC, content, and email marketing.
  • Familiar with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot, and able to optimise lead management processes.
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimise marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with sales goals.
