A family-friendly, national Health and Safety Consultancy are seeking a Health & Safety Consultant to join their rapidly growing team to assist in the delivery of top-tier HSE support to a leading housebuilder across multiple sites in the North Thames region and positively impact their H&S culture.

The Role

• Conduct site inspections.
• Offer technical and HSE support to clients.
• Perform targeted monthly checks and reports on these at monthly client meetings.
• Find practical solutions to on-site issues.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with site management teams.
• Investigate and report on incidents and accidents.
• Deliver inhouse training for site management teams.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and confident professional with:

• Over 3 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in the UK housebuilding construction sector.
• NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent)
• Skilled in establishing and implementing safety systems.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Full UK driving licence and able to commit to occasional overnight stays.
