Vehicle Technician

Vehicle Technician Location: Grimsby Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 6:00-18:00 Pay Rate: Up to £19.32 per hour (depending on experience) Employment Type: Ongoing work Join Igloo in Grimsby for a rewarding career as a Vehicle Technician. Role Duties: * Carry out general servicing of vehicles and repairs. * Diagnose problems on vehicles in the workshop and if needed undertake electrical diagnosis. * Ensure all the relevant documentation is accurately completed and procedures are followed. * Complete ramp testing. * Test drive vehicles to identify performance issues and ensure repairs are successful. * Keep accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and repairs completed. * Assist in training new mechanics. Personal Requirements: * Qualified to City and Guilds, NVQ or IMI qualified to Level 2 or 3. * Full UK or EU Driving Licence with the ability to drive automatic and manual cars. * Previous experience in a similar role.
