Fa ade Site Manager
Location: Swindon
Rate: 260 - 270 per day
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fa ade Site Manager to oversee a commercial project in Swindon. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing fa ade and rendering works and will ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring smooth progress and compliance with project specifications.
- Manage on-site teams and subcontractors, with a focus on rendering and fa ade works.
- Ensure health & safety regulations are met and enforced on site.
- Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and quality control processes.
- Report progress and issues to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on fa ade and rendering projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
