We seek a dynamic and motivated Content and SEO Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a great opportunity within a diverse and exciting marketing department constantly challenging the status quo. As a Content and SEO Marketing Executive, you will work closely with and report to the Head of Marketing, supporting the development and execution of the company's marketing and thought leadership strategies through various marketing channels.This is a varied role that will involve a wide range of marketing responsibilities, including a focus on content creation and management across all marketing channels, as well as the strategic development of content and SEO initiatives.The CompanyThis is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, global SaaS business, working across two exciting brands:ShopWorks offers Ai-Powered Workforce Management software to businesses in Retail, Leisure, and Hospitality sectors and is a leader in WFM software. Some of SolvedBy.Ai's customers include Boots Opticians, Boots Healthcare, Wasabi, William Hill, Hollywood Bowl, Paddy Power, and more.Working on a hybrid basis from our London office, the successful candidate will be part of the sales and marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. You will have ownership of your work and be encouraged to suggest new ideas to improve deliverables.What You Will Get Up ToCreate high-quality content, including blogs, articles, press releases, white papers, e-books, downloadable content, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media posts.Build and manage a large number of landing pages to improve SEO and drive organic traffic.Manage and update websites using WordPress, ensuring SEO best practices are implemented.Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and content strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical on-page audits, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Utilise Google Search Console and technical SEO knowledge to monitor, analyse, and enhance website performance.Implement video and YouTube SEO strategies to optimise video content and improve search visibility on YouTube and other platforms.Get involved in planning and executing the company’s in-person and online events, ensuring effective content and SEO integration.Liaise with internal teams and customers to create and manage customer communications and announcements.Measure and evaluate campaign performance, offering feedback and suggestions for improvement.Proofread and edit thought leadership content, marketing assets, and all external communication to ensure accuracy and consistency.Collaborate with sales, operational, and management teams to leverage content and explore innovative distribution channels.Using the latest AI technology to enhance your and your team's work and productivity.Get involved in marketing activities across all channels, including digital advertising and social media, optimising content distribution.Who We Are Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience in SaaS B2B SEO and content marketing.Results-driven, analytical and a self-starter.Proficiency with analytical and SEO tools such as GA4, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Sitebulb, etc.Knowledge of HTML, WordPress/Shopify, or other popular CMS/eCommerce platforms.Experience with technical SEO, and video/YouTube SEO.Experience using marketing tools such as CRM systems (Zoho), Email outbound platforms, WordPress, podcast software, video software and more.Enthusiasm for learning and implementing the latest AI marketing tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong passion for digital and search marketing.Excellent attention to detail and consistency in content creation.Strong English grammar skills for proofreading and copy editing.QualificationsEducated to Degree Level or equivalent in Marketing, SEO, or Creative Writing.What We OfferEMI share option scheme22 days holiday + 8 bank holidaysCompany pensionHealth & wellbeing programmePrivate dental planPrivate medical insuranceSick payBonus schemeEmployee Assistance programmeCycle to work schemeThe Recruitment ProcessIf your application has been successful, there are three stages to the interview process: A talent assessment test will be emailed to you through TestGorilla.
