Production Planning Assistant

Production Planning Assistant – Harrogate - £25k-£28k p.a. + benefits Futures are looking to recruit a Production Planning Assistant for our market leading FMCG client with a range of award winning ‘best in class’ products. Reporting to the Production Planning Manager you will be responsible for short-term production schedules (24/7), preparing work orders, working with suppliers to ensure ‘just in time’ delivery and production orders are met on time and in full. Interested applicants for this role will only be considered if they have direct experience of production and materials planning within a FMCG or Manufacturing operation. It is essential that you understand the demands of the consumer industry and its client expectations. The company use an in-house designed ERP tool using Excel and so you need to be able to use Excel to advanced level. High levels of numeric reasoning, problem solving and attention to detail is essential as well as the ability to prioritise and work in a fast paced and demanding environment. Interested?
