WHO WE ARE

We’re on a mission to make health and wellness fairer and better for everyone by putting power and choice back into the hands of the people that make the difference, health and wellness practitioners. We do that by giving them flexible access to our network of state-of-the-art facilities and powerful support services, with no long-term tie-ins or additional overheads.

UNTIL isn’t just a space, it’s a community where London’s leading self-employed wellness practitioner come together under one roof to unlock their potential, collaborate and grow. Our clubs are used by 40+ different disciplines including personal trainers, physios, therapists, life coaches, nutritionists, dentists and doctors.

We currently operate three central London clubs - Soho, Liverpool Street and Marylebone. We have plans to rapidly expand locations in 2025. Things are about to get even more exciting!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • We are looking for a Membership Manager to join our UK team.
  • You’ll be front and centre to our sales experience for prospective Members, bridging marketing and them joining the UNTIL community. You’ll be a highly visible brand ambassador for UNTIL, delivering an outstanding experience for our varied mix of wellness disciplines.

You will have responsibility for:

  • Lead Management - Process leads at speed to assess their suitability for joining the UNTIL community. Apply rigor and pace in processing leads to the next stage of the sales process.
  • Conduct Club Tours - conduct tours for prospective members, effectively close business and convert leads into members across our Clubs.
  • Post Tour Follow-Ups - ensure completion of all relevant admin and information including accurate capture of start dates, estimated sessions, payment of deposits.
  • Process Optimisation - identify and implement ways to improve the leads process (e.g. volume of leads, conversion %)
  • Outbound Sales - proactively generate sales leads for conversion across key industries
  • Attend industry events - building your own network and keeping abreast of the latest trends and news from within our industry and driving referrals from others within the space.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven Sales Experience - a track record of delivering and over-achieving against targets. You’ll be used to nurturing, negotiating and closing deals. This could include B2B or B2C.
  • Commercial Acumen - ability to understand potential Member goals and motivations for joining UNTIL and adapt your sales style to close them. Staying on top of the pipeline to ensure we maximise conversion opportunities.
  • Self Motivated & Resilient - comfortable with being flexible and adapting when things change. A natural problem solver and doer. Organised and proactive, everyone knows that you have a handle on everything. Not fazed by rejection, you see it as a learning opportunity.
  • Great Communication Skills - able to rapidly build a rapport with members and explain our value proposition. Strong verbal and written skills, preferably in a professional environment.
  • A Dependable Team Player - collaborative and able to contribute to the overall success of the Member sales team whilst operating with integrity, clarity and passion. This role involves extensive cross-collaboration with Marketing and club teams (among others) to maximise sales.
  • Process Excellence - you’ll have a growth mindset, always looking for ways to optimise our approach to Member sales and pipeline management. You’ll look at sales insights (e.g. conversion %’s) and troubleshoot problems to identify areas where we can get better. You’ll support the development of our Sales Operations roadmap (e.g. system and process enhancements or features).
  • Ability to Multitask - excellent time management skills, super organised and able to juggle multiple contacts and negotiations at the same time. You’ll do all this with rigour and an attention to detail.
  • A Passion for Wellbeing & Growth - a keen interest in being the best version of yourself. You are always looking for ways to learn and improve, to inspire people while having fun and doing the right thing.

We are committed to ensuring equality, diversity and equity across all of our recruitment practices and we encourage applications from individuals from underrepresented backgrounds. We believe that strength lies in differences, not similarities; we recognise the unique perspective everyone contributes to our team.
