Senior Legal Counsel

Immediate requirement : A renowned US Bank is seeking a senior lawyer with a background in Capital markets, Wealth Management and Finical Services to join their team on a temporary basis. This interim engagement is expected to last for 12 months. Hybrid working model, central London. The role: Assessing proposals related to wealth capital markets Reviewing current regulatory frameworks, and monitoring upcoming regulatory changes relating to Wealth Advising on cross border licensing relating to capital market products Supporting matters related to derivates trading (including structured products) Working closely with senior lawyers and key stakeholders Ideal candidate: 10 years PQE + Knowledge of Private wealth management, securities trading, and structured products.
